My name is Ed Quinlan. I'm a native speaker from London with 20 years business experience and 10 years teaching English at all levels both face-to-face and online.

 

I am a Celta qualified language teacher and have assisted learners from all walks of life in developing their general English, business English, academic English (EAP), specific needs (ESP), and achieving proficiency exams: IELTS, FCE, CAE, TOEFL. I also have experience working with young learners and teens (German Abitur).

I believe in making learning enjoyable and practical. As an ex-sales professional, I like to understand the needs of my clients and help them reach the English language speaking goals that they have set for themselves. 
 

I have nearly 10 years experience training presentation English, online and face-2-face meetings, conflict management and interview preparation among many other topics.

I enjoy teaching beginners where we focus on the basics in order to make the English speaking world less challenging and more accessible. I also love using my experience selling to and working with C-level management to help more developed English speakers take their career to the next level. Of course, I teach everything in between for A1 to C2.
